Overlooking Lake Maumelle, the Alotian private golf club lies nestled in the Ouachita Hills. CDI constructed the entire site, which features 18 Southern Colonial style buildings. the club was designed and built to reflect the traditional architecture of clubhouses from the turn of the century. Classically detailed structures comprising the master plan include a 20,000-square-foot clubhouse, 9,000-square-foot private residence, teaching facility building, gatehouse, receiving building, and seven guest cottages.
